About
01I've spent the last 4.5 years on the QA side of Indonesia's payment infrastructure — testing the API layer that sits between banks and billers, and the risk that comes with it. The job is to catch what shouldn't reach production, and to trace the exact point where a request stops matching spec.
Beyond banking, I've supported testing with PPOB platforms and biller connections across property tax, regional tax, water utilities, university payments, VA billing, disbursement, payment gateways, QRIS, and e-wallets. Each biller ships its own specification document, so a good part of the work is reconciling formats before a developer touches the change.
My focus is API testing, but the network layer behind it — leased lines, VPN tunnels, firewall whitelisting — is part of the job too. Knowing where to look first often shortens a troubleshooting session from a day to an hour.

02- Led end-to-end onboarding for new bank connections built on SNAP BI specifications, validating scenarios against ASPI and Bank Indonesia requirements before go-live.
- Tested payment switching integrations across Mandiri, BCA, BNI, BTN, SMBCI, OCBC, Hana Bank, and UOB.
- Reconciled inconsistent biller specification documents and adapted them for consumption by bank channels and PPOB platforms including Tokopedia, Shopee, Dana, OVO, Grab, and Bukalapak.
- Acted as the technical bridge between biller/bank flow and the development team, translating required changes clearly enough to implement without back-and-forth.
- Diagnosed connection issues across the network layer — leased lines, VPN tunneling, firewall whitelisting — to separate application bugs from infrastructure problems before escalating.

Multi-Bank Payment Switching Testing
- Performed API-based application testing for payment switching systems across Mandiri, BCA, BNI, BTN, SMBCI, OCBC, Hana Bank, and UOB
- Tested connections using JSON, XML, SOAP, and ISO 8583 standards
